Julie Pham

Julie is the CEO of CuriosityBased, an organizational development practice focused on fostering curiosity and inclusion in workplaces, and an award-winning community leader with extensive board experience including Social Venture Partners Seattle and the City of Seattle's Community Involvement Commission. She holds a PhD in history from Cambridge University as a Gates Cambridge Scholar and graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley, with notable recognitions including the 2019 Female Founders Alliance Champion Award, participation in Harvard Business School's Young American Leaders Program, and selection as a German Marshall Memorial Fellow and Puget Sound Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree.
