Justice and Equity Strategist

Kimberlee is a dynamic racial equity practitioner, facilitator, and Certified Professional Diversity Coach with over 25 years of leadership experience across communities, local government, nonprofits, higher education, and public health. She specializes in disrupting systemic inequities using the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE) framework and Social Determinants of Health approach, having served as an award-winning architect of equity initiatives including the Public Outreach & Engagement Liaison model for Seattle's Department of Neighborhoods and as inaugural director of Asheville, NC's Office of Equity & Inclusion. Her strengths-based leadership style focuses on empowering BIPOC practitioners, coaching leaders at all organizational levels through transformative change, and creating policies and investments that support historically marginalized communities while maximizing opportunities for inclusive leadership and community empowerment.
