Maile Hadley

Educational Equity Advocate and STEM Access Leader

Maile is an educational equity advocate and Executive Director of Zeno who focuses on expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities for minority youth, families, and communities, particularly in STEM fields. With a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, she has worked to scale impact at Equal Opportunity Schools, launched computer science initiatives with Technology Alliance targeting rural and underrepresented communities, and served as Program Officer with Washington STEM before joining Zeno in 2016 as Programs + Operations Director and becoming Executive Director in 2020. She ensures community voices are amplified while integrating racial justice into all organizational work, and serves on the boards of Look, Listen, + Learn and Neighborhood House.
