Maleah Jackson

Maleah is Principal and Managing Consultant of Makari Consulting, an organizational development and management consulting firm in Seattle specializing in business process and efficiency solutions. With over 15 years of experience across public and private sectors, she helps companies identify more efficient processes that increase time, production, and profitability for both employees and employers. A Spelman College graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree, Maleah has been actively engaged in community work on racial equity and intersectionality since high school, continuing to host community conversations on race, equity, and leveraging access and opportunity to create equity across business, community, education, and policing sectors.
