Ruby Love is a transformational business leader and strategist who has spent over thirty years helping secure hundreds of millions of dollars in philanthropic support for arts, education, STEM, and social services. As founder of Love Resource Development Group, she leads organizational development and strategic planning with a focus on advancing Black, Indigenous, and People of Color-led organizations, building sustainable systems that create lasting community change. Her entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Venture Scale, one of Washington state's first social purpose corporations, where she helped patent innovative technology and successfully launched Swurveys. A Seattle resident serving on the boards of Earshot Jazz and Social Venture Partners Seattle, Ruby believes that real leadership means creating pathways for others to succeed, not just advancing yourself.
