David Jones is an executive coach and leadership advisor who helps leaders across nonprofit, government, academic, and corporate sectors navigate complexity and create lasting change. His leadership journey began on a 1,000-cow California dairy farm, where he managed operations and led a successful transition to robotic milking systems before consulting with major agricultural businesses and working across journalism, marketing, and strategic consulting.
